Step 3 -FDD Review: 1 week
Step 4 - Complete background & credit check: 1 week
Step 5 - Phone/Zoom interview with development team: Pending background check
Step 6 - Attend Discovery Day: 2 – 4 weeks
Step 7 - Sign development agreement: 2 - 5 weeks
